I just wanted to know, if the Unique abilities in this case stack or not. I was told that I cannot have them together in one build, but since the Unique abilities don't have the same name, I am not sure if that is correct. Does anyone have an informed opinion on that?

It doesn't really seem gold efficient to build them. What champion are you talking about when you build these items?
