Kassadin revert a part of an ability?

I agree with most of the nerfs to kassadin, even the range nerf to his ult.

But It didn't used to have a delay before it applied, it used to be like flash, so you could use it more reactively to dodge, I feel this takes away a lot of his intended playstyle, forcing you really to just use the ult to attack.

It be cool if you guys removed the delay before it worked like before, if anything it will just be cooler and funner and really have very little to no negative impact on others.
