how long is it going to take rito to hotfix thunderlord like they did to warlord?
Or are they never gonna do it because its in the cunning tree???????????

What's wrong with thunderlord?
thunderlord is broken more news at 11
Warlord's Bloodlust would proc on minions, monsters and champions. They changed it to only proc on champions.
Thunderlord's Decree only procs on champions.
They don't have to hotfix it like they did Warlord's Decree because it alread functions like Warlord's Decree (that is, only procing on enemy champions).
