Lucian Buff Idea

If they simply changed his w to add percent movement and small amount of attack speed the more you attack that'd be cool, such as him i w'd someone and then ult'd and I get all five-ish (value can change depending on riot lol) stacks of the w and keep moving faster and getting more bullets for my ult then ult-ing with ramped up w stacks. Also his q damage and passive are awful. Maybe for his passive change it to 40/50/60 or 40/45/50% for early game boost. His e is perfectly fine nothing to say about it, I like it. His q is 120% BONUS attack damage. Meaning if I bought 3 top tier damage items (IE BT and MS ect.) I'd still only do about 240+20% = 288 (not including dragon buffs or other buffs in general (janna e shield ad buff)). His ult is fine and fun its just the cd is a little too long. Minus 10 seconds that'd be perfect. What do you guys/girls think? If I could choose just one thing to change on lucian it'd be his w. You would ramp up attack speed and movement speed and then you'd ult making it a more reliable ability. Also one thing I noticed about his w is that it explodes and shows a very small portion of an area when it detonates. So please explain to me why it doesn't grant a bit more vision when an "explosion" (<- says so in the ability description in the shape of a star) goes off in darkness and doesn't give off a lot of light (IT'S AN EXPLOSION FOR PETE'S SAKE). I think it should be able to prevent face-checking lol.
