What is it, exactly? I don't mean in terms of specific champions, i mean what roles get picked, and where do they go? In the same way that the stereotypical Rift comp might look like tank top, bruiser jungle, mage mid, adc and support bot, what does a generic game of Twisted Treeline look like?
Generally you want to play Bruisers with Damage. Or AOE and mobility.
You still go 1/1/1 roles with a JG.
Usually I see tanky people going top, bot is either support+something else, or solo and then you have a jungler with gank power like hecarim, diana, etc. Lately ranged teams have been destroying the all melee teams i've been on though.
Generally, top-lane's either a bruiser or a Marksman. Bot-lane's typically a Mage. Last guy depends on whether you're running jungle meta or support meta. Jungle meta has a bruiser/tank jungler; support meta has a tank/support accompanying the top-laner.
