I don't have so much time to farm IP because I work full time and other real life stuff. I do have money though and Riot it would be really nice if I could just buy Runes with RP. Pretty please for us busy people that want more than a standard AD & AP page.
just buy the IP boost and that will give you more IP to get runes in a round about way buying RP for runes
