Rearranging Abilities

Being a former WoW player the first thing I did upon joining League of Legends was to change all my abilities to numbers. A change that allowed me to move my abilities around, for example, make my E take the slot of Q would be helpful. Is this already possible or just an idea that would get shot down?

I don't mean just change what I press to activate them. I would like to see them physically change slots on my screen.
