Please remove allied minion block

It's getting to the point where it's so bad I'm actually conspicious of it. I'm so aware of it that I when I'm a melee top laner I don't go to cs because I know that my own minions will block me and allow the other laner to get some harass off me.

There are also those moments where I go up to cs but I have to wind around the minions. This delays me whenever I am playing a melee top laner from getting to the minion and they end up dying before I can last hit them.

I'm completely fine with enemy minions blocking me, just not my own.
