Can we start listing things Riot did that gave the opposite effect?
For example the Yi rework.
Intention: Make Yi better in High Elo and and worse in Low Elo. Result: Yi is better in Low Elo and worse in High Elo.
Or the Jungle changes:
Intention: Allow room for scaling farming Junglers to thrive. Result: Early gank Junglers are thriving even harder.
