for everything that has a "downtime" and "uptime" in the masteries, like thunderlord's decre, there needs to be a cooldown indicator in some way.... it's especially frustrating with thunderlord's decree since it's a 30 second cooldown. I can sort of time it if I know to look for it, but if I accidently miss it once I can never time it again practically xD
