Lucian's ult needs to be buffed
The scaling on it is kinda dumb and it does no damage and has a really long cooldown kool aid and its should have a very shorter cooldown plz

FANTAsticOrange1 votesLucian's ult is like an MF ult, but the number of rounds shot scales with his Attack Speed. He can also dash while using it, and it isn't canceled by roots or impairments.
What needs to be buffed? Its' 50 Sec. Cd at level 3?

Hayaishi21 votesThat thing already destroys squishies don't buff it's damage, it does have a high cooldown, i agree, because people were using it to wave clear with no punishment.
I'd rather have no Lucian buffs before the ADC rework.

Physical Damage Per Shot: 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 25% bonus AD) (+ 10% AP) Shots Fired: 7.5 (+ 750 / 900 / 1050% attack speed)
As many as 30-40 shots, 125-150 damage each. Can be used while moving, or dashing. Can cast summoner spells during. Can't be canceled by roots / impairments. Procs passive.

Asayake 5150glow1 votesIt's pretty much just something you'd use if you're low/far away. You can bait really well with him! Dash away, don't get pinned, and ult backwards while your team fights!
On the other hand, he's really never going to use it if he doesn't have to (for safety/range reasons). His auto's/skills are much stronger.
