They needs reduce his cooldowns koolaids on his W and his E, you literally spam it at full cdr which is worse than kalista

Translation: "i got utterly rekt and anally ravaged by a lucian in game and i have no idea how to deal with it, so instead ima whine on the GP boards instead of figuring out what i did wrong and how i can improve against the next lucian player"
He's got a 47% win rate man you're gonna need to try harder.
His ultimate is overpowered atm, shoots too fast at rank 1.
And this is what I was worried about. For the longest time, my beloved Lucian was considered garbage, trash tier even. Now, with the new items and ulti buff, he's so much better, and people are complaining -_- Really people, just don't let him snowball. It's about as hard as beating a fucking Bard.
