Lucian needs a buff... He is one of weakes adc atm. They even gave him project skin to make him a bit popular. Why is your match history plagued with 0:20 games against bots without items?

Lucian is one of the strongest trading adc's, which makes it easy to get ahead early because hes more of an early game adc. His W is a little crazy though, doesn't exactly make sense. an AP ratio skillshot that enables you to kite a little better, when you're not gonna get a chance to kite casting all your abilities and passive.
