Underleveled as Support
I often find myself being three or even four levels behind than my Teammates. Why? Well, that's cause of Roaming, warding and other things. It feels really bad and I hope Riot finds a way ro fix it. Maybe you have a idea?

Build AP and gale a lane when no one else is looking.
You should maintain the same level as your ADC. If your ADC is a level higher than you, take some last hits on cs to catch up. If your ADC can't see the benefit of a leveled support, mute them.
Also, it's not the job of support to roam; protect your turret, assist your ADC in pushing lane and your jungler with dragon kills.
That's to be expected. The support is the position meant to carry the burden of assisting their team as much as possible with as few resources as possible.
It used to be even worse. Riot has increased experience gained on champions when they're behind to help close that deficit, and ward limits mean that supports now get to spend their gold on actual items instead of just spamming consumable wards everywhere.
