Sure, Syndra is on the strong side at the moment, but I fear them nerfing her too much (She isnt doing THAT great in SoloQ - 48%winrate). The problem with her is, people started building Rylais on her. Making her a kite mage, instead of a burst mage.
So please Riot, do not hurt 
too much, but try to change 
as soon as possible.

Syndra has a 57% percent winrate for people who played her 100+ games....
She always was crazy strong.
Low winratio in solo Q comes from the fact that while Syndra is a pretty difficult champion, average Syndra player only has 34 games on her. Syndra's that don't suck were crazy scary sight for the longest time now. Few players dedicate enough games to her tho, because Lux is basically the same, but easier and blonde.

It's the W change she got in the MYMU that made her damage output stupidly easy to maximize. I'm saying that as a Syndra main.
Frankly, I knew exactly what was going to happen with Syndra after those moronic MYMU changes.

If anything, people have BEEN fuckin complaining about syndras R 1 shot, yet now its a problem when its worlds? The people that were complaining about it got told to shut the fuck up and ''git gud'' right?
