Weathered2 votesYes, it is your job to gank. A jungler's main job is to apply pressure, whether that be playing a champion like shaco or evelynn and applying mental pressure, or one like Elise and applying actual pressure. Farming only makes you dead weight.

Ravenhale1 votesGanking a 3/0 enemy is mostly situational. Can your laner help (over 50% health)? Is the lane pushed to tower? Is your champion sturdy enough to walk away? How much level advantage do they have? Have they backed for items?
Yea, you don't just show up for the sake of "map pressure". Helping a losing lane is caving in to their map pressure, so you only should do it if you are positive it won't set the team behind.

CrimsonReaps1 votesI'm a jungle main and your both right an wrong, you should gank but some junglers just cant gank at first, they need to farm some to get to that point, Its not always about ganking i mean if i'm ww (never am) then im not gonna gank you pre 6, it be a complete waste of time, elise doe apply alot of pressure, thats because shes an early game ganker, a lot of other champs are late game menaces that gank if they can get a kill, however the whole "you flamed me im not coming back" attitude will cost you games considering that if you say that and that lane feeds when you just farmed and didn't help then that is actually your fault dont do the whole flame attitude, but also yeah never gank a fed lane unless you counter them or are equally fed it will just end up terribly.
