Why when i open the client a bright white screen come in?

Does anyone else have this? i open the client and a bright white screen pop up ask for my info i put my info in then something loading and i am back to the old client and the old client home page dosent work...

Anyone knows what going on? did i miss something?

Riot created their own Launcher similar to Steam, Blizzard, GOG, Epic Games, etc to host links to all the games in their catalog that a player has purchased or downloaded for ease of access.
