Oh, looks like a E being charged up. = Kite for .5 seconds. using pool when getting dove on is an automatic death. I guess you REALLY wanted to enforce tank meta. Zero trade potential and absolutely USELESS through ANY stage of the game.

I laned against a Vlad top this morning as pOPpy. I am dissapoint. I miss old Vlad already. I feel bad for introducing the guy to that wall he kept standing next to so many times.
I have not faced a new vlad yet but in the PBE videos he seems pretty weak
They really need to increase the duration on Q's empowered by 0.5 seconds, return the CD back, make entering and exiting the W feel smoother, Increase the range of vlad's E by 50 remove the outside warning of vlad's E he already raises a ball enough to show that he's using it to enemies, and last but not least the ulti should scale to 20% dmg amp at rank 3.
People will always complain about Vlad since god forbid he is focused on outliving you instead of blowing you up in 2 skills, he is strong but not broken. Get better.
I was top against a Quinn as Vlad and she held her own against me fairly well, we traded back and forth and it was a pretty even lane.
Also Lol if you think this is a tank meta. Its still ADC and Assassin lol you are deluding yourself if you think otherwise.
He needs some number tuning and his Q passive to wait until his Q is off cooldown before procing, but otherwise he's actually in the running for being stronger than ever once you get a few items. I mean woof, the damage is real when you hit mid game.

Vlad's done for dude. Riot hated him more than they hate their own period cramps. Except vlad doesn't hurt them so they can just ignore him now that he's gone. He's no longer viable whatsoever and after stomping on him this hard there's no way riot will ever care enough to fix this; not to mention the changes it'll take to the game to fix him. They basically sacrificed Vladimir on a stone slab in order to make 6.9 go through. He's done for, permanently. He'll be hanging in the dead corner next to Yorick until 2017 when LoL files for bankruptsy or just forecloses and cashes out everything. GG vlad.
