Why does riot hire such idiots to man their player support staff

Have had an issue regarding my client for over 5 weeks and have been waiting for a reply. Posted THREE forum posts and received a 1 day ban for spamming by posting in Help and Support, Report a bug and PB&M. I get it, the curator and his staff are underdeveloped minimum-wage earners upset at how their lives have turned out. Not much i can expect (by having him message a wrenchmen or riot staff member to address the issue). Regardless, as i was serving my suspension was told that my client issues are caused due to my one day posting ban on the forums. Can anyone fucking explain to me why my forum ban would prevent me from using an in-game feature hotkey "Quick cast all". Honestly you've got to be joking me. Either pay these losers more money to get some knowledgeable staff or just close your fucking support network.

Don't bash riot cause of your frustrations. You spammed their boards and got a ban. Just because you decide to bash and give us reasons without factual evidence, you can't expect us to side by you on this.

How can you even say something like this. They probably do the jobs they like for a company that made the game they like. Now how is that "upset at how their lives turned out"? No matter how much money they earn they probably enjoy it and it's no concern of yours. Post the response you got from support ( without private information ), and maybe we can help you understand it and sort it out. Otherwise this is just another rant from a frustrated gamer.

Yeah Curator is literally the equivalent of Hitler except on a message board. He is so inconsistent with the content he removes and has a bad habit of discrimination. +1.
