I'm pretty sure my Premade winrate is like 15%....

I know a lot of people are disappointed with DQ from the perspective of the solo queuer, but I also have to say it kind of sucks for certain premades too.

I don't know the exact statistics (feel free to go through my match history if you'd like) but I estimate my solo queue winrate to be pretty damn good whereas my duo queue winrate is 50% and my 3+ premade winrate is like 30% at best. The problem is while my premades have pretty high individual ranks, when we play together we just suck.

You can actually see that my 'main' champions that I like to play in premades (Draven/ Vayne/ Yasuo) have atrocious winrates (25%-35%?) over a LARGE number of games , but my solo queue champ pool (basically everything else) has reasonable winrates that are generally over 50% which provides a rough snapshot of how skewed premades in DQ actually is.

I'm not salty or anything or else I'd just not queue with my friends, but I feel like these games are extremely mismatched and not fun for anybody in the game - especially not the solo queuers. I actually wasn't even familiar with how fast and frequently a team can die over and over before experiencing Dynamic Queue, but now I know it's not uncommon for our team to go 30 deaths before 15 minutes, and even more commonly lose before the surrender vote is even available. I mean there are literally games where we die to a gank, teleport back, and immediately get ganked and die again in both top and mid lane and bot lane dies too because why not.

I think DQ really needs some way to rate 'synergy' of premades, because matchmaking purely off of individual MMR is really bad in my experience.

Hi. I'm one of these Solo Q'ers. I recently had a game where I got paired with one other SoloQ Janna Supp and a Trio Premade Jungle/Mid/ADC. Now, I played a Tank Top that game, so I relied on our Premades to be able to do the damage, as Janna nor me would do any significant numbers. Then in the loading screen, I swapped to op.gg, just to realize that our Jungler was B5 with a <30% winrate, while his premades were S5. He played Fiddle, so I really didn't know what to expect.. Turned out I couldn't expect much, as he died multiple times in river, never used the charges of his Trackers Knife, ulted into 3 enemies while being alone and without Zhonyas and so on..

Now, what I'm trying to say is not that his premades think they could carry him (they couldn't lol), but that throughout the entire game, the only way of communication from the premades to Janna and me was flame in chat. No one of them used pings, wards or even bothered roaming as a group, but they looked like they had no organization at all. I feel like premades often don't get that they should talk to their randoms as well as they are 20-40% of their manpower, which is a fckin lot. Most of the times, I feel they even start talking about irl stuff and just play around a bit, which is ok for me when they do so in normals, but not in ranked (that's why I don't play ranked with my irl friends at all).

I think you should reconsider your mindset in premade groups and work on your communication in the first place rather than looking at stats and think about the personal misplays. If you don't know how to play as a team but everyone keeps doing his/her own thing, then being premades is no help at all.
