How is this going to change Malzahar?

Now that the patch notes are out Malzahar's passive has been "nerfed". Well at least they say so.

Everybody complained about his late game CD being too small with 6 seconds and riot comes up with the awesome idea "Hey let's increase his early game CD" Well. That is going to change so much!

Can't we go with the old passive that he has to cast several times (like 6 or so) to achieve his Void Shift?

Also I miss my old space aids :/

He still has his space aids... you can even reset it now with Q so there's more gameplay to it than there used to be.

And weakening his early game does have an effect that snowballs into late game. Less early power means less gold early, meaning even less power when he buys and lesser ability to gain more gold later on.
