LB would be fine if her W wasn't outright broken, its literally a better version of zed's ult (and it's a basic ability) there's no jump back delay, no risk, its low CD, this ability is literally the definition of broken, if they pulled some power from it, it wouldn't be so bad, such as A) After casting this ability, leblanc will return to the original location after 2.5 seconds (cannot return sooner and has no choice on whether she goes back or not) B) Leblanc cannot return to the original location after cast for at least 2.5 seconds C) this abilities cooldown is 20 seconds, up from 14 (srsly, wtf kind of cooldown is that on such a powerful ability?)
