Riot for gods sake dont buff singed

WHy on earth would you give a Hyper mobility tank, percent damage and more cc. Right now any 40% of the league can't survive his trail longer then 4 seconds in a full ap build, If these bPBE buffs go thru, you can throw in every tank, which pretty much will put singed in a god like position for top laning. His proxy farming is already hard enough to stop, Dont make him a better duelist. He wasnt made for that, he was made for zoning,
