If you could nerf lee sin any way how would you do it?
Me personally, I would give him the ability to smite himself, since hes a blind and it would be the full true damage to.

Remove his ability to W to non-champions, but make the W shield scale off Lee's max HP. Also shift his base damage into his ratios (makes AD Lee deal more damage but tanky Lee deal less).
This would force Lee to make a choice -- build tank and survive/shield allies but not deal much damage, or build AD and do more damage but die faster.
Nerf R damage and base MS. I don't want to see him coming back.
To balance him, I'd say they give him the Rek'sai underground vision constantly, with the ability to hear/see movement. He's p. much blind, but has uber tier other senses. Would make things much more interesting.
Lee is unable to Ward Hop.
Make it so he HAS to follow up on Q. No more using it to poke someone down.
To actually balance him without gutting him? In a serious way?
Additional enemies hit by the person kicked with Dragon's Rage take reduced damage.
when you play him your screen would be black, either that or teemo's blind would be his passive.
JK, he's high skillcap so there really arn't any good ways to nerf him unless you put special conditions on his damage to point he's useless to anyone who hasn't almost fully mastered his mechanics. But then he would be like Nidalee and only do well in very high elo.
Lower the range of his Q
Include the 2nd Q's cost into the first Q. With a slightly refund for dealing damage with the 2nd Q.
That's really about it. The rest of his kit I don't actually mind much. My problem is that he has a huge gap closer with a lot of damage. Sure it's not the easier skill shot to land. Thus why he does take skill to play. But he is not punished for a bad Q. He will regen the energy cost before the CD is up. There is no real way to punish his Q. If he misses, he just waits to throw another. If he lands, he can not go in if it looks bad. He gets to decide everything about it. Even if he makes a bad play with it. At worst he can W away.
Make his first Q do 140 + 0.5*BonusAD and his second Q do 200 + 1.3*BonusAD. Maybe even buff the base damage and nerf the %missing HP damage.
Kick deals 2000 true damage to Lee. Never going to happen but it would be hilarious.
