I hate being first pick in ranked sometimes

Whether im in a low elo smurf game, or im duking it out for lp in diamond. I really reallly really hate when i queue up and accept a match, and im first pick. Some times I wanna go watch some hentai before the game starts, but i cant because the dam screen keeps popping up everytime i have to ban a champion. Its impossible to watch hentai when everytime it starts getting good, the launcher jumps to the top and blocks any chance of happiness i have for the next 10 seconds. I should be able to opt out of first pick right?
