Can we increase BE rewards per level instead of random rewards

When this new system started, I almost always got 960 BE. Once I got level 40, I got around 1200 for the level 40 reward. Ever since, I got 810 BE consistently, less than the rewards I got for levels 30-39.

If you are going to take away 100 XP from the daily reward, at the very least stabilize the rewards, so that we don't get less BE for more XP that we put in per level
