Roaming Support ItemPassive/New Mastery Suggestion: Experience Bonus for Unique Assists @Meddler

Roaming as a support is super important for getting your solo lane teammates ahead, but this has always come at a cost of EXP/levels for the support. I've noticed even when I perform perfect roams to mid and return back to bot with swiftness/mobility boots I will still end up behind in levels. Even in pro games after successful roams supports will be several levels below every other player. My suggestion is to add an experience bonus for unique assists on the support items (Bonus flat amount of experience gained for each unique assist). This can also be implemented as a new mastery in the Cunning tree which would encourage mid lane assassins to roam and junglers to gank. (Could also be placed in Resolve next to Explorer and Tough skin).
