Post Red Trinket Stealth Nerf, Give Vision Abilities Truesight

I propose buffing vision abilities like Ashe's E, Quinn's W, and so on since red trinket no longer reveals hidden units. Map vision is also much more accessible due to the free trinket upgrades. These abilities in kits will become even more irrelevant if they do not get a truesight buff for Season 6,

This would enable champions like Quinn and Ashe to act as counter picks to stealth champions, while not completely nullifying stealthy champions with other proposed changes such as pink ward slots or other "pay to get truesight" ideas.

This idea is NOT for abilities that give additional active effects, such as 's R since it also grants a teleport when activated again. Stealth is a great part of many champions kits, but it shouldn't force opponents to constantly buy 75g pink wards to drop every fight.

TL;DR Stealth OP, add counterplay and make vision abilities useful.
