He can just hide under turret all day long peeking to heal himself every time he gets to half never having to back because he doesn't have to spend resources to do it and if you ever dive him he will just turn into a puddle. You aren't going to be able to eat like 2 towers shots and then be healthy enough to dive him again before he has his puddle up unless you can just instantly kill him with an execute on the comeback or have some ability that lets you mitigate that damage.
