The first game in his record is all the way in Iron. He's now in Silver 1. If moving up 1 division takes at 4-5 games or more, he's exactly where you'd expect him to be, as he's climbed about 8 divisions.
Hahahahaha wow. That shows how bad the MMR system is right there, straight wins and the "tier average" for his games is still silver 4, who does this guy have to suck to get his MMR to go up to gold and higher?

He's most likely dodging massive amounts of games to keep his LP/Rank lower, allowing him to get bigger and bigger LP gains until he finally just lets it climb and skip divisions. Would be my guess. My alternate account started in bronze 1 and only took 17 wins(And like 12 losses) to get up to (almost)gold, so he would certainly be higher rank without doing something such as repeated dodges to keep himself lower.
He started very low. Even if we assume 20 LP per win, that's only 760 LP. Also, dodging will reduce LP/give a loss in promotional games without actually putting a loss on one's record.
How do you even win that amount of games in a row.
