Q is OP harras and wave clear that costs nothing cause morde uses no resources E gives magic pen for some reason, when maxed it gives even more magic pen W heals and shields R - riot probably trolled us with that ult passive - op as hell
build: builds full ap - still tanky as fuck builds tanky - still does insane damage and can 1v1 anyone

I mean sure on release he was absolutely nutty broken, but after the nerfs he's had, he's definitely more in line i'd say. He is most definitely strong, but not OP.
I utterly forgot about his ulti, my bad.
Morde needs slightly less durability, damage should stay but it's his W that makes him tough as fuck. Less durability = more chance to punish him, so he should get a nerf to HP.
In my opinion, Morde's lane phase isn't a difficult one to play against but even if you do beat him, once he gets 1 or 2 items he will 1v1 you no matter what, his passive is absurd as it can practically be on forever in fights and even if he does lose it hes only one auto attack and a rotation off having it again
Im fine with Morde's W some what the Shield is way too strong. His Q is up way too often I have the biggest problem with his passive because if im also playing a brawly champions he gets to poke me out then all in me doing massive % hp damage and it has no down time when it goes off he just auto q autos and its right back on. His Q and Passive make his R op As for Builds full ap - still tanky as fuck I blame that on ap items having too much hp comparable or better than full tank items while having more value in a secondary combat stat ap versus armor and magic resist. which even at the same gold value is better than defensive options as you only have 1 health bar while you can riddle off your multiple damage spells when ever they up.
Its easier to play Dance Dance revolution than dodge morde's Q if your kit isnt loaded with resetable dashes. This skill shot was obviously only balanced by fighting ranged champions or champions with omnidirectional dashes/ invisability and movement speed.
