If, hypothetically, Riot made a new Fervor, should it be under Domination or Precision?

Toplaners that would want Fervor in Precision: Irelia, Fiora, Camile, Jax, Tyrndamere, AD Kennen, Aatrox(?), Gnar(?), Quinn, Trundle, Yasuo, Kayle, Xin Zhao

Those that’d want Fervor in Domination didn’t care about attack speed because they have strong early damage and the means to quickly stack fervor with auto-resets and buffs
Personally I’d like Fervor in Precision.
Should replace Press the attack
Replace the Lethal Tempo or upgrade it with a Fervor-esk thing.
I'd want it to either be a melee only passive to a nerfed Press the Attack or for it to replace Overheal (as a weaker version).
Overheal could then be shifted to the Resolve Tree and/or merged with Revitalize (All heals and shields on your are a little stronger. Excess healing becomes a shield). That would give Marksmen at least one rune in the last row to opt into.

Domination, with the clear statement that melee gets atleast 2x the benefit from it than range. Fervor was a godsend to MANY toplaners.... sad its gone
Precision, as it is more of an auto attack based rune. Many Fervor top laner users also favor the other things in that tree (attack speed, recovering when low on health, dealing more damage when low on health, etc) as they dive into the thick of things and usually don't require a lot of things in Domination.
Not that they get nothing, but there's a reason most old fervor users are now using Press the Attack (well, it is op but you get what I mean) and speccing into Precision
Precision as it synergizes drastically well with the attack speed given by the tree. It would feel lackluster without some attack speed to back it up

Fervor uses want the AD more than the AS.
Precision as it has to do with basic attacks. Precision is everything that involves more than one basic attack. Domination is more about burst damage or allowing burst damage. Fervor is all about sustained damage.
domination, if you'd want something similar to that in precisioun, press the attack already does the job. Or rather bring it in precision and move press the attack to domination.
It would definitely be better on a lot of domination champs. However the tag line for precision is sustained damage and improved attacks so it would make more sense. Domination's tagline is burst damage and target access.
