I want to get the communities feels on the matter.
"Insta-lockers" are people that lock in a champion as fast as possible. Their intention is to play a particular champion regardless of all circumstances.

One easy way to identify an "insta-locker" is to ban their declared pick. If they get mad, then they are an "insta-locker". Obvious side effects though so be careful with that one. If you pick their declared pick instead of banning it, people are generally nicer.
Another method is to take note of which champion they declare before ban phase. If they never alter their declared pick and lock it in, they are usually "insta-lockers". (Not always)
