Can someone explain to me about how the slow stacking removal works?
Now only the strongest slow takes effect, so does that mean the weaker slow will take effect at the end of the stronger slow, if it was longer, or does the weaker slow just not get applied at all?
The weaker slow will take effect if the stronger one runs out first.
So you can chain slows, but there's some risk to it if you don't time them properly.
Here's a simple visual:

The shorter one is stronger, so it takes priority, but when it ends, the weaker one will be left because it lasts longer.
