How the hell do you do so unbelievably bad as v ?

You don't have to worry about Mana that much thanks to your E refund, so rushing a => isn't bad at all, your passive makes dealing with his poke super easy for those inevitable hits you can't dodge, and you can just straight up hard-counter his ult by popping your own the second he drops on you, so how? How does this guy feed so hard without the enemy jg even intervening once during lane phase?

Guess it helps that the dude having a history of being a heavy sack of team-wide depression but did you really have to drop one of your worst employees into my placements?
