Ugh I fucking wish people would read patch notes, thank you Riot for giving me an IE 1st ADC

JFC you'd think people would actually read the shit they buy, or are you telling me item 3031 is good all on its own with its new effect and 0 crit items at all to activate it?

Kaisa item 3031 item 3006 item 3124 item 3144 item 1055 item 1043

Stupid ass ADC players infesting my games with their incompetence.

To be fair it still has the highest bonus AD of any item in game currently (tied with the other 80 AD items, including bloodthirster)

Not saying it is a good first buy (especially without crit) but it still provides raw damage.

But the passive throwing in trash if you bought it first so not worth it ?

People read the patch notes, they're just too stupid to comprehend what everything means.
