"It's technically a Shaco buff too"

They did it, they finally did it. Shaco got some love, now what I want to know is why does that concern them. He is hardly oppressive, most say he is crap. There are people who beg me not to play him when they see me go on him in champ select. "ahem" Regardless lord bless rito for even the smallest of gestures for the jester, what do you think about the idea of shaco buffs?

iit's under the scuttle crab buff change that works with pets, heres full context.

Rift Scuttler Speed Boost This includes all other things considered 'pets,' so Tibbers, Voidlings, and even clones. It's technically **a Shaco buff **too, which is concerning.
