How to play from behind as a jungler

Looking for advice on playing from behind as a jungler. I am currently in silver and lanes snowball really fast. I have had two games in a row where multiple lanes will give up multiple kills by 5 min and it puts me in a situation where I'm not sure what to do. I feel like the outcome of the game comes down to me not knowing how to proceed and allowing these ahead laners to get more ahead. Am i supposed to try and gank the lanes that are behind or just farm and let them continue to snowball. I find that if i try to gank the lanes once they are behind, its very hard to keep myself or my laner from dying. On the other hand, if i do not gank, we as silver players do not know how to play safe and the than continues to snowball.

Just looking for general advice for this. I main xin and warwick at the moment.

Farm, ward, and look for situations that you can benefit from. If you can't do anything then wait it out till 20 mins and try to FF. If your team refuses then GG no re.
