Heimerdinger is op and i love it!
Heimerdinger is op as crap man. He just really is. All you do is sit under your turrents and wait for the enemy to come to you and i love it. He is pretty easy too.

Or karthus just qs them safely from range
Sure hes strong against melee but alot of ranged casters simple beat him hard.
Always found that tower farming as someone like irelia or udyr top and then going for him once i get some mr is the beat way to beat him
