I feel like Kennen needs either a small buff, or a little tweak.

I mean, I've only played a few games with him. And its either been in the mid lane or in the top lane. So I'm not the most experienced with him, as I am trying to learn him now. I didn't think he was going to be as fun as he is.

But my problem is, he doesn't seem like he has any real killing power. Sure if you chain his abilities together, you can get kills. But there are also a lot of champions that plain just either stomp Kennen into the ground or he just can't out damage someone who's supposedly squishier then him. I mean, he feels balanced, really balanced and I'm sure if I play enough of him it will click in my head on how to actually use him to his full potential.

But that being said, the thing that is bugging me is just his damage and how it's all AP based. I mean yes, I get it, that's because he's a lightning ninja guy. But I feel that with him also being partly a Marksman, he should have some AD scaling. I mean, you're throwing shurikans at people right? Unless those are lightning bolts, then I don't see why Q could have a small bit of AD scaling. I do like how his W works, how at max rank it deals a percentage of your base AD as magic damage. But that's really the only thing that kind of works with building AD on him.

I mean, if that's the only change he could get is put some AD scaling on his Q, and keep the rest as it is, it might make it more viable for him to buy items like Guinsoo's Rageblade, or a Hextech Gunblade. Maybe tweak his AP scaling so you feel like you really are making more of an impact and your not just shooting sparks at people but actual lightning. And yes, I do like how his passive works with Mark of the Storm. And how you have to keep going at it to get that short stun. But I see that as more of a, "Okay I stunned him, gotta run now cause everything is on CD and my autos suck so I can't finish this guy off. Oh it's off CD but now I have no Energy."

But as I said, these are how I feel about him at the moment. I've still got quite a few games to go learning how to use him properly, and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
