Some help with runes?

So I'm 99.99% done with my first rune page and I've already started looking into completing my second. I think I did an okay job on the first; an AP support/mage page with armor yellows, scaling ap blues, magic pen reds (plus a 1% crit rune), and ap quints. I think that's standard.

For my second I would like to make it a tanky top/jungle build since I'm looking to branch into other roles but I'm confused by all the options for health. I bought some scaling hp and % hp runes but I don't know which is the better investment.

I'd really rather not just copy off of the highest winrate/playrate builds. I want to stay safe and tanky and don't mind sacrificing damage. I'm looking into playing champs like Sion, Urgot , Yorick , Rammus and Sejuani .

Can Gameplay offer some rune tips for this role and champs like these? Are the scaling health runes better than the % runes? Is it even possible to make one rune page that works for all these champs?

Blue is usually MR...unless you are very confident or are going against an AD supp (assuming you play supp as well).

Standard rune pages almost always use blue MR and yellow Armor. The reds and quints are what change. (AD, AS; MP, AP) Tanks usually go with some extra armor and health.

Look for a chart of standard rune pages. I'm sure someone has put a S7 one together, but even S6 would probably be the same, if not similar, for the very basic 4-5.

Would be curious to see if people have standard builds. I have yet, as a support main, to find one build for one character work well on another.
