Some help with runes?
So I'm 99.99% done with my first rune page and I've already started looking into completing my second. I think I did an okay job on the first; an AP support/mage page with armor yellows, scaling ap blues, magic pen reds (plus a 1% crit rune), and ap quints. I think that's standard.
For my second I would like to make it a tanky top/jungle build since I'm looking to branch into other roles but I'm confused by all the options for health. I bought some scaling hp and % hp runes but I don't know which is the better investment.
I'd really rather not just copy off of the highest winrate/playrate builds. I want to stay safe and tanky and don't mind sacrificing damage. I'm looking into playing champs like

Can Gameplay offer some rune tips for this role and champs like these? Are the scaling health runes better than the % runes? Is it even possible to make one rune page that works for all these champs?
