...why not make let her passive proc when she becomes a dragon too.
Maybe not at the same rate of 5 armor/mr each time (Because I'm not sure how much that'd end up being over say a 30 minute game), but at least some. Then it'll actually be a passive. On top of that it would reward her ganking in between jungling too, instead of just her usual style of only farming.

I want her old dragon passive effect were difffrent dragons gave diffrent effects. Thats why i bought her
what passive are we even talking about that you want it to be able to proc while she is in dragon form? you mean her gaining armor/MR permanently every time she ults? her E passive? what are you talking about?
Do you mean give her a stack of her passive every time she ults? That's all I seem to be able to get out of this. If so, that'd probably be hard to balance. her ult has a 50 second CD without the reduction on autoattacks, so it would stack up incredibly quickly.
