I totally agree. She should be able to take objectives quicker to put her on par with Jinx and Tris.

There was a time, where Caitlyn could stack her passive while hitting a tower. They nerfed it because it gave her too much pressure while sieging in lane. Yet Tristana can now use her E and then it explodes at a bigger radius. Sometimes, I wonder if Riot even knows what they are doing...

Because you can avoid trist's E. You have like four seconds to walk out of it's blast range. There's a big difference.
