fix match making.

SO tired of 1 sided game. they are either 99-1 or 1-99. Just finished a game were my support top and jungler did not have a single kill in 25 minutes.... Same skill level as me or the mid laner???? nope we both had less deaths and more kills and more cs. the two of us were also the only ones to break 10k champ dmg in 25 minutes like come on that's not hard at all. Far to often is 1 player supposed to carry 4 other players in this game becasue of HOW BAD the match making is in LoL. Like what does a close, intense game even look like in LoL. I owuld love to see a 14-16 30 minute game. that would be thrilling again.
