why?

why do people have to do this? some guy in my lobby locks smite rammus mid and doesn't say a word and doesn't respond to anything anyone says so im forced to dodge, because i'd rather take -3 than a free loss

i assume he locked it because he didnt get his role? what the fuck is the point of this new queue? people are still going to be dissatisfied with getting their secondary roles, in silver elo it's pretty much just waiting extra long for nothing, still getting same amount of trolls and dodge-forcers as i was back with the old "pick-order" draft
