wtf riot (patch 5.19)

you guys lowered the price of only the most basic runes? grinding out IP from playing games still takes literally forever, and you guys didnt even lower the cost of some other useful runes that a LOTTTTT of players buy, such as movespeed quints, attack speed quints, cdr glyphs, or mixed pen marks...

sure, it's a great first step, but the system is still terrible. if you guys were making an effort to change some things, then you guys literally spent like 5 seconds to come up with reducing the price of only very basic runes -_- could have atleast done A LITTLE MORE, IT'S NOT THAT HARD
