So your placements in ranked are supposed to be based off how well you the individual do in a game, not only if you won or lost. Now that we have scoring for your performance after a game, is it safe to say that you will get a good evaluation of your placements based on the grading you get for that match?
I think this would be a nice tool to tell if you're going to get a good rank from placements.

If you want to jerk yourself off because you had a good KDA go play Call of Duty.
League is completely based off of winning a match. Only exceptions should be cheating tactics like scripting or DDOS, or afk players.
If you had a "good" KDA and you lose, deal with it. That's the whole point of the game. It also means numerous people on the enemy team played well and deserved to win more than you.
