Playing adc when support dc
Every time my support dc or afks I lose lane in a matter of 5 minutes and lose insane cs. How do you play adc in this 2v1 situation?

Play super safe. Try farming under the tower. Even if it means to give up 10+ farm or even a tower, anything is better than giving away kills.
The main point of this is to give as little advantage to the enemy laners as possible, because you are already at an disadvantage... don't make it worse. In fact, DC'ing as a support is most forgiving because they simply don't have to farm, so don't worry about them being behind, worry about yourself.
I remember winning a game even if my support DC'd for the first 10 minutes of the game. My ADC was against a Cait/Thresh, was denied dozens of farm, got fed anyway and beat that enemy ADC up once my support came back.
let creeps push into tower and farm. Make sure you have proper wards to avoid dives from the jungler. If you can't even farm under tower, move to another lane IMMEDIATELY. Remember this is a game of efficiency; do something, ANYTHING!, with your time on the rift. Happy Climbing. :)
Depends on the adc, but it generally involves spending a lot of time under tower and/or taking jg camps.
If another champion on your team is better at 2v1, swap lanes with them.
There no real legit strat there, but there some adc who can farm well in a 2 v 1 situation like 
but no matter what you will see the jungler came to your lane for easy kill.

First you go into a crying fit. Then you blame the jungler.
No legit, just practice a few games cs'ing under turret. Melee's take two turret shots, then you hit em. Casters you tap once, turret, tap again. (or turret shot then hit if you've bought a bit of ad) Cannon minions are a big "f you" and have no good timing. If they have a tank support, get out of there by their level 6 and join mid/top (you should be 7/8 if they haven't been freezing well against you. Get the kruggles/gromp if you accidentally shoved up into them and they're freezing. (let your jungle know you'll be needing this) Assuming you're under plat, they won't know how to freeze against you.
