What Champion can do the most outplays?
I'm trying to find a champion that can out play hard. I'm a mid laner and top laner. Any ideas??

Nameless Voice5 votesI hate the term "outplay", since it implies that you use your superior skill to get an advantage over an enemy, but champions generally considered to have "outplay potential" basically just have easy tools to get out of bad situations and/or negate the enemy's plays.
A true outplay should be two players matching their respective skills against each other and one prevailing, not one champion's kit being able to negate another's.

. No mobility, no hard CC, no cheap tricks, if he walks away alive and you're dead he outplayed you.

The usual 'outplay' when asking the community means nothing more but using superior mobility to dodge enemy skillshots without being completely braindead... so - just count the number of dashes/blinks/untargetability a champ has, consider their CDs and you get what you're asking for....
(I stick with my Aurelion.. lure a whole Team into a delayed Q-Ult and start smilling while my passive does its work. =P)

Alüe1 votesother than playing around with his barrels i don't think there is much outplay potential. he's just good because of his ability to break cc. pretty much same status as teemo is with mushrooms minus the the cc breaker.
Seraphim1171 votesWell anti cc, 30%+ move speed with passive or barrels and 40-90% slow, he is a slippery pirate. Also gp has a huge advantage over other champions because of his barrel aoe, 90% slow for 2 seconds to 3-4 members of an enemy team (not to mention the damage) can stop them from what could have bee a triple or worse. See what I mean? I know he isn't the best, but a good gp can save that 50 hp ad carry and support from certain death
Alüe1 votesright i guess when i hear mechanically strong i imagine someone that can micro manage and abuse the movements of the champ. The strongest idealization of these is imo.
