Don't pick sivir. She's literally shit and should be deleted from league because of how useless she is as a champion.

Don't underestimate her in aram.
She can steamroll in normal Rift matches once she gets going. It's just in Overcharge, when she's up against a bunch of ADCs with higher attack speed and damage than she has.
